One-click profile fields
Filling in the profile again in every chat takes longer than the writing itself. With SpeechPilot your details and standard replies sit in a bar right next to the chat box: one click and the text lands in the right field. Set up once, it works on every platform and for every agency you chat for.
One profile per website with its own texts and target fields. Spoken shortcuts call up the same texts, and a safeguard keeps the same text from going out twice by accident.
The page can't listen in
Recognition runs in the extension's own, shielded area, not in the page you happen to be on: that page sees neither your audio nor the recognised text — only what you write into its input field.
Recognition itself is handled by Chrome's built-in Google speech recognition, as in most dictation extensions. SpeechPilot stores neither the recording nor the recognised text.
Built for everyday writing
Anyone who writes messages all day knows the problem: they are rarely long texts, but many short ones — and each costs typing time. Speaking is faster than typing, by a wide margin: most people speak several times as many words per minute as they type.
SpeechPilot is built for that rhythm. The text goes straight into the field where the cursor is — no separate window, no copying, no pasting. Then you move on to the next message.
What it does
A bar with profiles. Your own texts on buttons for each website, writing into fields you defined beforehand.
Dictation where the cursor is. Input fields, text areas and editors — without a detour through a window of its own.
Replacements for what recognition gets wrong. Technical terms, proper names, abbreviations. Enter them once, and they come out right.
Text blocks by shortcut. Say a short shortcut and the whole text appears. With a safeguard against sending the same text twice.
Emoji and punctuation by voice. Capitalisation after the end of a sentence, too.

What it doesn't do
No user account. No sign-in. No ads, no tracking. Your macros and lists stay in your browser, not on a server. Export to a file is there from the start — what you enter stays yours.
